Absolute Protection Of The 2nd & 10th Amendments…Period!

As the Constitutional Conservative in the race, I believe in the protection and preservation of the 2nd amendment, the right to keep and bear arms, and the 10th amendment, limits the powers of the Federal Government to only those specifically granted to it by the Constitution.

The Federal Government continues to unconstitutionally invade the privacy of gun owners, and has fully exceeded their Constitutional mandates in regard to the Constitution. In the Kansas state legislature, SCR 1615,, which is intended to defend Kansas’ rights under the 10th amendment. I proudly support this bill, encourage other states to show the same initiative, and tell the Federal Government to back off!
